Volaris Group, an investment company specializing in growing software firms, has announced the acquisition of Orem-based Alpine Testing Solutions Inc., a provider of psychometric consulting and test security services for credentialing and licensure programs.
Founded in 1991, Alpine Testing Solutions provides expertise and solutions to help organizations create and maintain high-quality assessment programs that are fair, reliable and defensible.
Based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, Volaris Group has operations and portfolio companies in over 50 countries.
