McKinnon-Mulherin Inc., a Salt Lake City-based corporate communication firm, has announced the appointment of Amber McKee as president.
McKee brings more than 20 years of global leadership to the position, most recently at Unisys Corp., where she managed nonprofit, commercial and public-sector clients.
McKee returns to McKinnon-Mulherin where she was employed from 1999 to 2004, serving as an information designer, instructional designer and editor, as well as a project and resource manager. As president, she will supervise the company’s strategic and business operations, the company said.
“I’m thrilled to rejoin McKinnon-Mulherin,” McKee said. “I look forward to leading its capable team into the future.”
She succeeds Paige Frame, who had been president since January 2017.
“Clear communication is as essential now as ever,” said Shauna Bona, McKinnon-Mulherin board president. “Because Amber shares our history and perspective, she is the right person to navigate AI and other challenges we face in bringing clarity to a cluttered world.”
McKinnon-Mulherin offers sales and business communication, technical writing and learning solutions to organizations from not-for-profits to Fortune 500s. Since 1997, McKinnon-Mulherin has had clients in the healthcare, technology, manufacturing, transportation and financial industries sectors.
