Hirevue, a Sandy skills-based hiring platform, has acquired Hireguide of San Francisco, California.
Hireguide helps human resources teams improve hiring decisions by offering AI-generated notes, scorecards and interview guides as it tries to make the process faster, fairer and more data-driven.
The Hirevue platform uses AI, video interviews and game-based assessments to streamline recruitment. It enables companies to screen candidates faster, reducing bias and hiring time.
“Enterprise hiring is under unprecedented pressure,” Hirevue said in announcing its acquisition. “The rise of AI-generated applications has compounded applicant volumes, making it harder than ever to distinguish real capability from polished resumes. Organizations need qualification methods that are fast, trusted, fair and predictive. By bringing together Hireguide’s expertise in conversational AI with Hirevue’s unmatched depth in hiring science, enterprise scale and validated outcomes data, the company delivers agentic AI purpose-built for high-stakes hiring.”
Hirevue is building intelligent hiring agents that transform workflows from resume review and intuition into skills validation and evidence-led decision-making, the company said. “Hireguide technology accelerates our mission to ensure every hiring decision is grounded in proven capability, with humans firmly at the center.”
