ClientSuccess, a Lehi-based customer onboarding platform, has acquired Baton, a competing customer onboarding and implementation platform based in New York City. Baton is designed to “deliver rapid, scalable solutions for customer onboarding, streamline customer-focused projects and enhance customer engagement,” ClientSuccess said about its new partner.
“This acquisition further accelerates ClientSuccess’s commitment to delivering unparalleled customer onboarding and implementation solutions, which can be leveraged as a stand-alone solution or a fully integrated offering within our leading customer success platform,” the company said.
