Swipeclock, a South Jordan-based workforce management platform, has been acquired by IRIS Software Group of London, England. Swipeclock will operate as an independent business within IRIS America, while product development efforts will be fortified by the worldwide IRIS team, the company said. Financial terms were not disclosed.
IRIS Software is a global provider of accounting and payroll solutions. IRIS Americas works with thousands of CPA firms, including 54 of the top 100 CPA firms in the U.S., and its payroll solutions serve over 1 million employees across the U.S. and Canada.
