The deal includes the full product portfolio and the eDOCS employee team, expanding NetDocuments’ global presence to over 90 countries.
“This acquisition enhances NetDocuments’ global ability to deliver leading legal technology by expanding access to secure, compliant and modern document management for organizations of all sizes worldwide,” NetDocuments said in a release announcing the
acquisition.
NetDocuments will continue to support the on-premises eDOCS platform with no end of life planned, preserving existing workflows, customer relationships and partner engagements, the company said.

Baxter said eDOCS customers can expect product improvements with the new ownership.
