Questar agrees to $4.4B buyout by Virginia firm
Salt Lake City-based Questar Corp. has been purchased by Dominion Resources Inc. of Richmond, Virginia. The buyout is an all-cash transaction in which Dominion has agreed to pay Questar shareholders $25 per share — a total of about $4.4 billion — and assume Questar’s outstanding debt. Read More...
