Consumers OK about present, iffy about future
Utah consumers are satisfied with their current situation but not too sure about the future. The Zions Bank Utah Consumer Attitude Index (CAI) dropped 4.8 points to 104.2 in May. New study: Travel generated $7.98 billion and 137,200 jobs
Travelers to Utah spent a record $7.98 billion in the state in 2014 and generated an estimated $1.09 billion in total state and local tax revenue, according to a just-released study from the Kem C.
