• NACM Business Credit Services, Salt Lake City, has named Tina Hatfield of Mountainland Supply as the chairperson of its board of directors. Other new board officers are Kandie Haymore of Geneva Rock Products as vice chairperson, and Heather Hansen as treasurer. Newly elected board members are Haymore and Jayne Crosby of Gritton & Associates. NACM Business Credit Services is an affiliate of The National Association of Credit Management and is an advocate for business credit and financial management professionals. NACM serves as a primary learning, knowledge, networking and an information resource for commercial creditors nationwide.
HOSPITALITY
• Powder Mountain has appointed Mark Kohler as chief hospitality officer. In the newly created position, Kohler will oversee all aspects of the guest and member experience with emphasis on Powder Haven, the mountain resort’s private membership and real estate community. Kohler has more than 20 years of luxury hospitality experience spanning private clubs, destination hotels and resort communities across the United States and Caribbean. Kohler joined Discovery Land Co. as the founding general manager of Barbuda Ocean Club before his most recent role as general manager of Gozzer Ranch Golf & Lake Club in Lake Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Earlier in his career, he operated seasonal club programming at the Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana, and served in leadership roles at destinations including St. Regis Deer Valley in Park City, the Nantucket Yacht Club, and the Sankaty Head Golf Club on Nantucket Island.

• Limble, a Lehi-based company offering a maintenance and asset management platform, has appointed Tim Lamb as chief marketing officer. Lamb will lead Limble’s full marketing organization and work closely with go-to-market leadership to align sales and marketing and accelerate new customer growth. Lamb has nearly two decades of experience building revenue engines for global SaaS companies, most recently serving as senior vice president of growth marketing at Simpro Group. Prior to Simpro, he held marketing leadership roles at PRGX Global, Rubicon Global and Xero, building demand generation and go-to-market capabilities across North America, Europe and APAC.
• PassiveLogic, a Holladay-based company focused on physical AI for autonomous buildings, has appointed Joel Harvill as chief financial officer. He will lead the company’s financial strategy and operations. Harvill’s expertise includes debt and equity fundraising, capital markets access, financial planning and modeling, treasury services, contract negotiation, syndications, and structuring resilient capital strategies to support long-term growth. He has nearly two decades of experience across private credit, corporate finance, treasury and capital markets, and positions at Rivian, Waymo, AIG Investments, BNP Paribas/Bank of the West, a credit fund owned by CIT Group, and GE Capital. Most recently, he served as vice president of finance at Botrista.
