• Prospect Steel, a division of Arkansas-based Lexicon, has hired Michael Saucedo as sales executive for the company’s western region, serving an area from Denver to the West Coast. Based in California, he will support clients and partners across the region. Saucedo’s career in the steel construction industry spans more than 25 years, including senior sales roles at structural steel companies. Saucedo’s background includes welding, layout and fitting, estimating and project sales, and he has led efforts on dozens of major commercial, health care and infrastructure developments across California and the Southwest. Most recently, Saucedo served as a business development executive at Schuff Steel.

• Diversify, a Sandy-based wealth management platform, has announced that financial advisors Marcus Papajohn and Kevin O’Sullivan have joined the firm from Commonwealth. Based in Boston, Papajohn and O’Sullivan have launched their new independent practice under the name Boston Wealth Advisory Group, joining Diversify’s national network of entrepreneurial advisors. Their team is known for serving a wide range of clients, with a particular focus on first responders, nurses and other community heroes.
