Select Health is now accepting submissions for the 2026 Select Health Awards, recognizing community organizations across Utah that are advancing health, wellness and quality of life.
The awards highlight efforts from community programs across Utah that address challenges such as access to health care and related services, food security, housing stability, and mental and physical well-being. Community organizations across Utah — including nonprofits, grassroots groups, associations and other locally led entities — are encouraged to apply. New for 2026, only organizations with an annual operating budget of less than $1 million are eligible to apply, expanding opportunities for smaller and emerging organizations to be recognized.
Select Health will award $5,000 to 10 organizations in Utah. Award funds may be used to support existing initiatives, expand services, or pilot new approaches that address community health needs.
“The most effective solutions are often led by the local community,” said Emily Allen, community relations coordinator at Select Health. “The Select Health Awards are designed to recognize those ideas and help them grow — especially the work happening at a local level that may not always receive broader visibility.”
Applications will be accepted through Feb. 28 or until 200 submissions are received for Utah. Eligible organizations can apply online at selecthealthawards.org.
