The firm has acquired Assured Insurance Consultants, an independent insurance business with offices in Johnson City and Dandridge, Tennessee; Eberle Insurance, an independent insurance business serving Sherwood, Arkansas, and the greater Central Arkansas region, including Little Rock; Charles River Insurance, an independent insurance business based in Framingham, Massachusetts, with additional offices serving the Greater Boston and Central Massachusetts regions; and Breezy Seguros, a technology-driven and diversity-minded insurance business, also headquartered in Framingham, Massachusetts.
Assured Insurance Consultants has locations across Eastern Tennessee and in two dozen other states. It delivers personalized, concierge service and insurance solutions for individuals, businesses and contractors with business, personal and employee benefits insurance.
Eberle Insurance specializes in policies tailored to individual and business needs and guiding clients through the insurance process or home, auto and business coverage.
Charles River Insurance, from offices in Framingham and Leominster, offers a wide range of insurance solutions, including auto, home, business owner, commercial auto, business interruption, directors and officers and more, partnering with over a dozen carriers to find the right fit for every client.
With offices in Stoughton and Hyannis, Massachusetts, Breezy Seguros is recognized for its trilingual services in English, Spanish and Portuguese, offering auto, home, renter, business owner, commercial auto, workers’ compensation, umbrella and general liability insurance solutions.
