The Women Tech Council has announced its 2024 Shatter List, which recognizes the tech and innovation companies “whose programs are creating momentum and leading change towards breaking the glass ceiling for women in tech.”
The list is compiled by scoring companies on four factors critical to building inclusive cultures with meaningful measures that help women break and surpass the glass ceiling in technology: executive engagement (active involvement from the CEO, executive team and all leadership); company leadership initiatives, such as currently having women in technical leadership positions, women in all levels of the company, and more than one women on the executive team; community investment (active participation with the broader community to expand understanding and share best practices regarding culture and inclusion); and formal internal programs (defined programs to support women internally).
Listed alphabetically, the 2024 Shatter List includes Adobe, Ancestry, AvidXchange, Beyond Inc., Canopy, Chatbooks, CHG Healthcare, Cox Automotive, Dell Technologies, Bill, Domo, eBay, Entrata, Framework Security, Gabb, Goldman Sachs, Health Catalyst, HealthEquity, InMoment, Instructure, Intermountain Health, L3Harris Technologies, Lucid Software, MarketStar, Meta, Motorola Solutions, Myriad, NICE, Nivati, O.C. Tanner, Pluralsight, Podium, Qualtrics, Recursion, TaxBit, Texas Instruments, Vivint, VMware, Weave and Zions Bancorporation.
The Shatter List companies will be celebrated as part of the Women Tech Summit taking place April 23, 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m., at the Zions Bancorporation Technology Center, 7860 Bingham Junction Blvd., Midvale. Registration can be completed at Eventbrite.com.
