Epitel Inc., a Salt Lake City-based company focused on wireless brain health technologies, has appointed James Reinstein to its board of directors. Reinstein most recently served as president and CEO and a member of the board of directors of Conformal Medical, culminating in its acquisition by W.L. Gore in February. In his career, he has served as president, CEO and board member of multiple medical device companies, including as senior vice president and chief commercial officer at LivaNova and in multiple leadership roles at Boston Scientific across markets and geographies. His experience also includes work in the epilepsy space. Reinstein currently serves as a general partner with Palo Alto Medtech Advisors.
