Myriad Genetics Inc., a Salt Lake City-based company focused on molecular diagnostic testing and precision medicine, has promoted Vishal Sikri to executive vice president-commercial. Brian Donnelly, who has served as chief commercial officer since May 2025, has left Myriad. Based in Wisconsin, Sikri has served as senior vice president of product at Myriad for the past year. He has an understanding of molecular diagnostics and oncology as well as business and commercial leadership experience from his prior roles at other companies.
